Our Story

Tradesmen Builders Corporation was founded in 1985 by Larry Greeley.

Under his leadership, Tradesmen gained a loyal customer base by completing quality projects in the Lakes Region. Larry is passionate about supporting his community through charitable efforts such as the Huot Center, the Lou Athanas Youth Basketball League, the Lakes Region Rotary and many others.

Ownership transferred to Rich Ellis, a longtime employee of Tradesmen Builders Corporation. Rich carried on the tradition of TBC with Larry until 2022. Wayne and Shanna Percy purchased the company with the dream of expanding their existing Laconia based business, Prestige Kitchen & Bath.

Drawn to the longstanding devotion to quality workmanship, integrity in construction, and a commitment to community, the Percy's started their journey as the new owners. While the company name may have changed, the Percy's continue to carry on the Tradesmen legacy.
